Hello,

This is Chief Jay Heckel of the Marinette Fire Department and I'm asking for your help! The Marinette Fire Department has served the citizens of Marinette for 150 years! The department has gone through many changes in those 150 years and will continue to do so to meet the demands of our customers and the ever changing world we live in. I am working on the development of a Strategic Plan for the Marinette Fire Department that will show us where we are in terms of service, where we ant to be, and how we are going to get there.

To help with this process I have put together a 12 question survey that will help us gauge where we are on the eyes of those who matter most, you, our customers. I hope you will take the time to fill out this brief survey and provide us with your very valuable comments as to how we can best serve you.

Thank you.
Chief Jay Heckel
